Giorgio Armani is gearing up to bring its “Giorgio’s” private members’ night out concept to Munich.
Introduced at the company’s Armani/Privé nightclub in Milan at the end of 2016, the one-night format, including a mix of performances with DJ-sets, will hit the German city on Sept. 13. The event, which will be hosted at Munich’s Park Café, a neoclassic hip venue, will mark the reopening of the company’s flagship, located on Munich’s Maximilianstrasse.
The two-story, 4,305-square-foot store was revamped with the brand’s most recent concept, which includes enamel and platinum-colored metal furniture pieces and displays placed in an elegant setting with curtains and silk panels matching the flooring’s color palette. Along with carrying the brand’s ready-to-wear and accessories collections, the flagship features an area dedicated to Giorgio Armani’s makeup and fragrance offering.

“Munich is a very fascinating city. Its spirit perfectly combines modernity and tradition,” said the designer. “In this important tourist destination, I wanted to renovate my boutique, which with its eight windows, features a high visibility on one of the city’s luxury shopping boulevards. I conceived a refined yet warm space, reflecting my esthetic codes and, at the same time, well integrated in its context.”
