Hatch Cracks the West Coast With Brentwood, Calif., Store

Hatch, the digitally native lifestyle brand for women before, during and after pregnancy, today opens its second permanent brick-and-mortar location after New York, in the tony Los Angeles enclave of Brentwood.
Located across from the Brentwood Country Mart at 260 26th Street, the 1,400-square-foot space was designed by Hilary Koyfman and Caitlin Levin, the same designers of Hatch’s New York flagship in SoHo. The store will house not only Hatch’s ready-to-wear apparel and Hatch Mama beauty products, but also serve as a community center to educate women through ongoing panel discussions, wellness programs and expert series talks that focus on everything from lactation support to sleep training to labor and delivery options.
Launched by Ariane Goldman in 2011, the brand’s mission is to empower women through community and offer solution-based clothing and natural beauty products for all stages of their lives.
“California is our second-biggest market, and we had a pop-up a few years ago in West Hollywood for four weeks that was a success, so we knew we’d be back,” Goldman said. The store, in a brick house-style building, sits across the street from Jenni Kayne’s Brentwood Country Mart store. It’s a popular strolling neighborhood for locals, but Goldman said Hatch is also

Anna Faris Says Ex Chris Pratt ‘Still Cracks Me Up All the Time’

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris have nothing but love for each other.

Faris, 40, opens up about her relationship with Pratt, 38, since their split, in this week’s PEOPLE issue. “We’ll always have each other and be incredible friends,” says the Mom star.

“There is still so much laughter in our lives together, and he is so proud of me, still,” she adds. “We watched each other grow, and he still cracks me up all the time. And I think I crack him up  — unless he’s a really good actor and great at faking laughter.”

The pair announced their decision to separate after eight years of marriage in August. The two share 5-year-old son, Jack.

“It’s understandable that people seemed so invested in our happiness together,” Faris says of the public’s reaction to their split. “All I can say about that is, it’s all true, that we truly adore each other, and we love each other, I think it still comes through.”

Faris’ new book Unqualified (out later this month) includes details of how the former couple fell in love making their movie Take Me Home Tonight, their spur-of-the-moment marriage in Bali and the birth of their son.

“At first I thought, ‘Oh my gosh, this is crazy timing,’” she says of the book coming out just months after the split. “Now it sort of feels like maybe in a way everything that’s happened helps bring it full circle.”

Pratt even penned the foreword of the book.

Along with singing her praises, the Jurassic World star writes in the book that he and Faris will be “just fine” and plan to move forward by continuing to “amicably co-parent a human” together.

“I am so grateful that he contributed to the book,” says Faris. “Chris and I are really great friends, and I think that we always will be.”

Unqualified hits shelves Oct. 24.

Kourtney Kardashian Cracks Down on Scott Disick’s Behavior: ‘I Don’t Want the Kids to See Him Like This’

Kourtney Kardashian isn’t happy with Scott Disick‘s behavior on this season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

In a sneak peek at Sunday’s episode, Kourtney, 38, escapes Los Angeles for a California road trip with her sisters — but she can’t escape the ongoing drama with her ex.

In one scene, Khloé, 33, urges her sister to give Disick, 34, some “tough love.”

“I don’t want the kids to see him like this,” admits Kourtney, who shares three children with Disick: son Mason, 7, daughter Penelope, 5, and son Reign, 2.

This season, Kourtney and Disick — who were together for nine years before she officially ended things in 2015 — have been at odds over Disick’s partying, combined with his refusal to accept that Kourtney is moving on with her life.

“How is it that she’s allowed to throw up in bed and I have to go to rehab if I do something like that?” Disick — who has struggled with alcohol abuse — said in an earlier episode after his ex celebrated her birthday by taking a wild girls trip to Mexico in April.

“Kourtney having a good time makes me happy,” he said. “But of course, in the back of my heart and mind I get a little jealous, because I wish we could have had some of those times while we were together.”

In the two and a half years since their split, Disick has regularly been spotted cozying up to different women in Los Angeles, New York City and abroad — most recently with 19-year-old Sofia Richie, whom a source recently told PEOPLE is calling Disick her “boyfriend.”

Kourtney, meanwhile, is dating 24-year-old Younes Bendjima — and in the KUWTK 10th anniversary special (which aired last month but was taped in April), she indicated that she and Disick aren’t likely to reconcile.

“I guess we’re co-parenting our kids and just trying to get along,” she said. “He’s family. But I mean, we’re definitely psychotic.”

“The debauchery that’s gone on has definitely closed the door several billion times,” she added. “He for a time period, he can’t be consistent.”

“Here’s the thing,” Disick said. “Every time I become too good of a person, she stops loving me, because she fell in love with a person who was a little bit f—ed up. I treat you like royalty, you don’t say hello to me. I spit in your face, you’re like, ‘Hey babe.’ ”

Keeping Up with the Kardashians airs Sundays (9 p.m. ET) on E!
